Crucial advice on selling or merging a legal practice

Thinking of selling up? The Law Society is running a seminar specifically for legal practitioners seeking to sell, merge or pass on their practices.

The event will involve a wide range of expert speakers dealing with matters such as:

  • Advertising and marketing options,
  • Valuing a legal practice,
  • How to maximise the capital value of your firm, and
  • Associated regulatory responsibilities.

A distance option will also be available for people who are living outside Dublin and who cannot make it to Blackhall Place.

This information morning is reserved for solicitors. A charge of €110 is applicable to non-members, but members are welcome to attend free of charge. Places are limited and need to be reserved in advance.
