ByrneWallace expands reputation risk team

The reputation management and crisis management teams at ByrneWallace have been expanded with the appointment of Mark O’Shaughnessy.

Coming in as a new partner and corporate litigator, O’Shaughnessy specialises in advising on business-critical corporate disputes, providing early-stage strategic and tactical advice to minimise corporate risk.

Key stakeholders

Mark O’Shaughnessy also has extensive experience advising clients in the state and semi-state sectors in relation to regulatory investigations and dealing with key stakeholders.

He was admitted as a solicitor in 2008 and is also enrolled in England and Wales.

Managing partner Feargal Brennan said that the appointment would enhance the firm’s corporate litigation and investigations offering.
