Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) 

DECC seeks external legal advisory services required to support the design and implementation of onshore auctions under the Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (RESS).

The competition will be divided into 2 lots:

1. Lot 1 relates to the development of Terms and Conditions for multiple (at least two currently planned), onshore RESS auctions.
2. Lot 2 relates to advice surrounding the delivery phase and enduring support of RESS schemes (RESS 1, RESS 2, and future auctions).

Each lot will result in a separate contract.

Inland Fisheries Ireland

Inland Fisheries Ireland, a state agency responsible for fisheries management of freshwater fish and coastal fish with 12 nautical miles of the shore, is seeking legal services, principally in relation to:

• fisheries and environmental prosecutions, and

• fisheries legislation advice.
