Returners 2019

The Returners Programme, starting on Tuesday 24 September, involves a series of workshops held, one morning a week, for six weeks. The workshops will take place in Blackhall Place but people living outside Dublin will be accommodated with a distance programme option.

The programme will help solicitors with family care responsibilities to manage increased demands on their time, to focus on their personal priorities and to identify job market opportunities that align with what they are looking for work-wise.

Programme outcomes

The workshops will assist participants to address matters that are critical to success in a return to work situation. In the workshops, participants will be supported to:

• Identify what personal success can look like - with their priorities centre-stage.
• Be confident in making decisions that support their personal vision of success.
• Connect with like-minded people with similar paths and career aspirations in order to share tips and strategies.
