Practical steps to enabling remote work

In response to a public consultation by the Department of Enterprise Trade and Employment, the Society offers an informed view on:

  • the length of service an employee should have accrued before being entitled to request remote work,
  • risk assessments of home working arrangements,
  • grounds for refusing a request,
  • and more
