• The European Company Lawyers Association (ECLA) held its first ever general counsel roundtable, discussing antitrust and competition law on a European level, a practitioner’s view on competition damage claims and the impact of Brexit on competition law. • The European Commission is proposing to further strengthen the supervision of EU financial institutions to address money-laundering and terrorist financing threats.
