Have you logged in?

All Law Society employees can access the portal by visiting the Laya website and entering the company code LAYAEAP. Then you can access lots of useful information including blogs and live chat counsellors. Please note this is a confidential, private service.

Each time you access the site, you will need to insert the company code, LAYAEAP, to log in.

How it works

'It's Good to Talk' is a 24/7 free and confidential support service designed to help staff deal with any personal or work related problems they might be facing. The service provides short-term, solution focused counselling and referral services to employees and their families.

Each and every case is handled by one of Laya's counsellors who will become your dedicated Case Manager from start to finish. Staff can receive 30 minutes of immediate assistance on their inital call and subsequently, avail of five sessions of counselling per issue. After being referred, your counsellor will be contact you within 48 hours and your first appointment will be arranged within five working days.

Along with counselling, employees can access 'It's Good to Talk' for the following:

  • Legal assistance
  • Financial guidance
  • Consumer advice
  • Career guidance
  • Life coaching
  • Management support
  • Mediation
  • Support for non-Irish nationals and their families
  • Health advice, including physio, podiatrists and dietitians
  • Advice on practical, day-to-day issues and services
