Rostra Solicitors is an established practice located in Smithfield, Dublin 7. They are looking for a full time Litigation Solicitor to join their team as soon as possible.

Do you have:

• Experience in personal injury litigation?

Rostra Solicitors do not set a minimum PQE but expect the applicants to have experience in and knowledge of the usual the District, Circuit and High Court PI proceedings.

They hope you have been seen the inside of the Court for motions and hearings and settlement meetings and have experience in filing and drafting legal documents, correspondences, pleadings and motions.

Goes without saying that experience in taking instructions and advising clients as well as briefing Counsel and external experts is something that your experience in PI will have equipped you with.

Rostra Solicitors use a case management system so computer proficiency is really a must but at the same time at this day and age it is nothing exceptional. They are not looking for any exceptional skills here.

Rostra Solicitors are looking for someone who works on their own initiative and does not need to be guided by the hand but at the same time communicates with the rest of the team and is not shy to ask questions if needed.
