Donal M. Gahan, Ritchie and Company Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join their team. Donal M. Gahan, Ritchie and Co. is a long-established boutique property, probate and litigation firm based in Dublin 2. Opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with a good work ethic to gain invaluable conveyancing and probate experience working as part of a team while also running their own files.
This role includes:
- All aspects of residential conveyancing to include acting for vendors, purchasers and first time buyers;
- Reviewing and drafting commercial leases for Landlords and Tenants;
- Preparation of applications to Tailte Eireann;
- Drafting of contracts, replies to Requisitions on Title, declarations, Deeds, etc.;
- Liaising with clients, lending institutions and other party solicitors;
- Investigation of title, advising clients in respect of property transactions;
- Preparation and submission of probate applications;
- Estate administration and will drafting.
Requirements:
- 1+ year post qualification experience;
- Experience in conveyancing and probate in client facing roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently;
- Strong time management skills;
- Excellent IT skills.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
