Aim and Objectives
This award winning graduate Diploma from University College Dublin in partnership with the Law Society Finuas Network will focus on law and market practice in the provision of international financial services which is a key component of the Irish economy.  It is designed for lawyers and professionals working in the international financial services sector. 

This programme will be highly practical in its emphasis and participants will have a unique opportunity to learn from and interact with an international panel of speakers with a wide practical experience on the international financial services sector.

• Fiduciary Duties and International Financial Transactions
• Governing Law and International Financial Transactions (the importance of Assignments)
• Principles of Islamic Finance
• Cross-border Insolvencies
• Set-off and Netting in Clearance and Settlement Systems
• Legal risk in International Financial Services transactions
• Financial Collateral and Other Security Interests
• Legal Opinions in International Financial Transactions
