The Minister for Justice and Equality, Mr Alan Shatter, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified individuals, who might wish to be considered by the Minister for appointment as the Irish representative to the Council of Europe’s Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT).
