Aim and Objectives
This seminar is aimed at solicitors and all professionals who provide advisory and care services to elderly clients. Professionals attending this seminar will acquire up-to-date knowledge on recent case law developments, best practice guidelines, invaluable precedent documents and practice tips to avoid complaints and potential negligence claims.
The objective of this seminar is to provide professionals with a best practice tool kit to enable them to assess potential risks and manage these risks in compliance with best practice for the benefit of clients and professional advisors and carers.
